Bixby Appraisal Group was formed by Kenneth Lee, a veteran of the real estate appraisal industry for over 20 years. Ken is a certified general real estate appraiser and holds the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute and CCIM Designation from Certified Commercial Investment Management Institute.

Reasonable cost

Large commercial appraisal firms usually charge at a minimum $3,000 per report. We charge much less and can negotiate the price depending on the location and/or assignment.
