Bixby Appraisal Group is a real estate appraisal firm that focuses on commercial properties. Our commercial appraisers provide valuation services and solutions to financial institutions, attorneys, CPAs, government agencies, brokers and private investors. The firm provides high quality reports in a cost effective and efficient manner.

Principal

Kenneth J. Lee is a commercial real estate appraiser and licensed real estate broker. He has been in the field of real estate since 2001. Throughout his career, Ken has performed real estate appraisals worth in excess of $3 billion. Property types appraised include: multi-family, industrial, retail, office, vacant land and special purpose.

Ken holds the Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license and is in compliance with all continuing education requirements with the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers in the state of California. He holds the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute; Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers; and the MRICS designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Prior to forming Bixby Appraisal Group LLC, he was a Senior Commercial Appraiser with Washington Mutual/Chase Bank for over six years.
