Principal
Kenneth J. Lee is a real estate appraiser and licensed real estate broker. He has been in the field of real estate since 2001. Throughout his career, Ken has performed real estate appraisals worth in excess of $5 billion. Property types appraised include: multi-family, industrial, retail, office, mixed-use, 2-4 units, single family homes and vacant land.
Ken holds the Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license and is in compliance with all continuing education requirements with the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers in the state of California. He holds the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute and CCIM Designation from the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute. Prior to forming Bixby Appraisal Group LLC, he was a Senior Commercial Appraiser with Chase Bank for over six years.
