Bixby Appraisal Group is a provider of commercial and residential real estate appraisal services in Southern California.  We specialize in the valuation of apartment, single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, industrial and retail properties.  The firm is located in the Bixby Knolls section of Long Beach, California and service Los Angeles and Orange County.  Our appraisers produce high-quality appraisal reports for lending, estate planning, trust, divorce, business partnership dissolution, and property tax assessment purposes.  Clients include banks, attorneys, CPAs, government entities, brokers, owners and private investors.

Kenneth J. Lee has completed the rigorous education and experience requirements of the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute.  This includes the passing of a two-day comprehensive examination, demonstration appraisal report and a peer reviewed specialized experience requirement.

The MAI Designation has long been recognized by courts of law, government agencies, financial institutions, and investors as the mark of excellence in the field of real estate valuation and analysis.
